As a School Age Teacher, your responsibilities and duties include (but are not limited to):

✅Oversee the direct care and supervision of children daily.

✅Engaging with students in your care. 

✅Transportation of children  - must be able to drive a 15-passenger van. 

✅Plan and implement age-appropriate and developmentally-appropriate classroom practices, including areas of physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of young children. 

✅Provide a safe and healthy environment for children.

✅Fill in as teacher as needed.

✅Must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

✅Must be at least 21 years old.

✅Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Early Childhood Education or a complementary degree (but not required with industry experience and documented college/ECE training).

✅Must meet Arizona State Child care.

✅CPR/First AidDPS Background Check + TB test required.

✅Ability to perform physical labor - needed for this position. 

✅Must meet annual continuing education requirements.
